The Advanced Medical and Dental Institute (AMDI), Universiti Sains Malaysia offers taught Master of Medicine (MMed) and Master of Science (MSc) programmes in niche medical and health related areas. The programmes are designed to train medical specialist and health care scientist that produce innovative discoveries towards sustainable and holistic healthcare deliveries. AMDI offers up-to-date MMEd and MSc programmes through our national and international research network and clinical partnership. AMDI thrives on its multidisciplinary environment and is the only medical postgraduate institute in Malaysia.
Registration is open annually for the October intake of our taught Master of Science programmes. These programmes span 1 year (covering 2 semesters and the long semester break) and comprise 40 units. The Clinical Exercise Science programme includes a clinical attachment in addition to the taught modules.
